Here is what you will need to make this smoothie:
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup filtered water juice
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream
- 1 serving protein powder (Vanilla flavored works great!)
- ½ tablespoon ground chia seeds
Blend ingredients together until smooth. For a thinner texture, add more water!
